Shipping, Payments & Returns

UK Customers
Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 days (business days are Monday - Friday) by 1st class recorded post. If you need an item posted any faster than this, please do get in touch and we'll do our very best. Just drop us an email to kanthakarma@outlook.com.

 
International Customers
Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 days (business days are Monday - Friday) via International Tracked and Signed. At check-out just enter in your country and address, it will calculate your shipping costs for you. Please be aware that you may be charged for import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country.
 
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
 
Europe: 3 - 5 working days
USA, Australia and New Zealand: 5 - 7 working days
 
Please bear in mind that, sometimes, it takes a package a little longer to arrive!
Due to Covid 19 there may be some delays to shipping times.
 

Sending a gift?
 
We wrap our kantha throws in paper tissue & twine; nice enough to send directly to any gift recipient. We use compostable and recyclable packaging to keep your items safe.
 
We do not include a receipt or packing list with our blankets.

We are happy to handwrite a note to include in your parcel. Just write your gift message in the box marked Gift Message" on your Cart page before checkout; we'd be happy to include it.
 

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, thus you can return an item anytime within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
 
Please contact us before returning your item by emailing kanthakarma@outlook.com. 
 
We will refund everything but the original shipping cost, using the same payment method you used to purchase the item. You are responsible for returning the item to us and for making sure that the goods do not get damaged or lost.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Earrings and masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
 
In the case of an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping back to us of your original item. If you are in doubt or have additional questions, please contact us.


PRICING & PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Prices on our website are in GBP.

  • Purchases on our website are via all major credit cards or your bank account.

  • Prefer to pay offline? We also accept offline payments for customers paying in any of the below currencies. Please complete your order, selecting "offline" payment, and we will email you within two working days with details to complete your payment. We will convert the GBP amount into your local currency using the real exchange rate. Please note for offline orders we are unable to hold products until full payment has been received.​

  • UK (£) / USA ($), Australia ($), : We accept domestic bank transfers.

  • EU (€): We accept bank transfers.​
