❃ The word 'kantha' means 'patched cloth' and skilful repairs simply enhance the vintage character of this quilt.
❃ Each kantha is one-of-a-kind with it’s own unique variations and each one features the hand-stitched name of the woman who made it.
❃ Care: We recommend spot cleaning and dry cleaning for silk blend kantha throws. We cannot guarantee results of machine washing for silk blend quilts; if you need a washable throw, consider one of our 100% machine-washable, cotton kantha instead.
